This service and verification protocol is designed to help ensure that the cyclers being used are functioning properly and producing data that can be used for process control. It works for both PCR and thermal cycling instruments.

Equipment Verification
A verification is meant to be done by a qualified third party service company (Medrun) against the manufacturer's specification for the instrument. This is to ensure that it works properly. Calibration or verification are performed using standard methods or with reference standards to ensure accuracy and integrity. This makes the data from your instrument reliable, enabling you to perform traceability back to the standards.

Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance is a program of scheduled service designed to identify and correct potential problems before they occur. Preventative maintenance is performed by trained personnel on the equipment that needs it. Your equipment will be in the best shape mechanically, and you will see the benefit of this in a reduction in down-time, an increase in efficiency and productivity, and a reduction in overall cost.

How Our System Works?
Our system will test the accuracy of the PCR Thermal Cycler again manufacturing profiles.
This will ensure that each system will perform per manufacturing specifications.
In addition, we allow the user to enter any tested temperatures.
Self Service System
In order to ensure a tight calibration process. We do not sale these systems. Personalized contracts can be created based on the need of each customer. Each unit is calibrated upon return. Systems are equipped with lockout features to ensure that unauthorized personal can not use it.
Data Export and Reports
We allow for data exports in CSV format for each test. This allows internal QA departments to verify data and calculation accuracy. PDF Reports can be exported and saved on an external USB drive. Cloud save features are also available. Once the system is returned, historical reports are exported and uploaded to the cloud under the company profile with access for 7 years from the day that it was uploaded.
